Antoinette Kruse, DSW (C), MSW - Founder
Antoinette is the founder of a 501 (c)(3) organization, a researcher and a scholar with extensive experience working with trauma. She is a University of Michigan trained Clinical Social Work Administrator, and Trauma Professional with a macro focus committed to partnering with both individuals, families, communities, organizations, and government to investigate and understand the mental health challenges that present as barriers to people living their most meaningful and fulfilling lives.
She is a Columbia University-trained, Instructor providing online instruction to master’s level graduate students. She is a Field Educator providing quality field experiences to future social workers at the master’s level. She is excited to integrate her diverse clinical, academic, and community-based leadership to bring innovative, new thinking to old places. Her practice is strengthened by the quality of the “therapeutic relationship” using trauma-informed assessments. She integrates her training in psychodynamic psychotherapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), neuroscience, nutrition, and cultural consciousness with her experiences doing recovery-oriented and health disparities work.
Antoinette has experience working with individuals who have serious emotional disturbances resulting from traumatic events like sexual and physical abuse, domestic violence, human trafficking and natural disasters.
She served on numerous community organizations, inter-agency committees and coalitions on issues related to mental health and trauma, infant mortality, homelessness, substance abuse, and disabilities.
She is a member of the National Association of Social Workers, The Network for Social Work Management, the Lee County Homeless Coalition, the Florida State Guardianship Association, and the Southwest Florida Healthcare Coalition.
She loves her role as a wife, mother, daughter, sister, grandmother, as well as friend to many. She is excited about the future, helping to create awareness of the importance of good mental health, and advocating for social change!
Daniel Kruse, MS, CTP - Organizational Development and Operations Director
Daniel is an Organizational Development and Operations Director, researcher and scholar experienced in non-profit management, organizational development and evaluation, fundraising and marketing. He has extensive experience in business development and management as an entrepreneur, small business owner, and corporate manager.
Daniel earned his Master of Science degree in Management, including a specialization in Nonprofit and Association Management from the University of Maryland.
He holds dual bachelor’s degrees and is a working towards his PhD in Management with Walden University. His research interests include trauma informed management of organizations, strategic growth in organizations, and program evaluation.
Daniel is a licensed builder, Registered Guardian, and member of The Institute of Management Accountants and Association of Fundraising Professionals.
