Antoinette Kruse, DSW (C), MSW - Founder

Antoinette is the founder of a 501 (c)(3) organization, a researcher and a scholar with extensive experience working with trauma.  She received her Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work/Interpersonal Practice from the University of Michigan and is conducting research and authoring her dissertation for the Doctoral degree in Social Work Administration with Walden University. She is a Registered Clinical Social Worker with the state of Florida.


Antoinette has experience working with individuals who have serious emotional disturbances resulting from traumatic events like sexual and physical abuse, domestic violence, human trafficking and natural disasters.
She served on numerous community organizations, inter-agency committees and coalitions on issues related to mental health and trauma, infant mortality, homelessness, substance abuse, and disabilities.


Antoinette is an active advocate for women and girls currently serving as an appointed member of the national 2018 - 2020 American Association of University Women(AAUW) National College and University committee whose mission is to advance equity for women and girls through advocacy, education, philanthropy, and research on campuses in Florida and across the United States. She is a member of the National Association of Social Workers, The Network for Social Work Management, the Lee County Homeless Coalition, the Florida State Guardianship Association, and the Lee County Healthcare Coalition.

She loves her role as a wife, mother, daughter, sister, grandmother, as well as friend to many. She is excited about the future, helping to create awareness of the importance of good mental health, and advocating for social change!

Daniel Kruse, MS, CTP - Organizational Development and Operations Director

Daniel is an Organizational Development and Operations Director, researcher and scholar experienced in non-profit management, organizational development and evaluation, fundraising and marketing. He has extensive experience in business development and management as an entrepreneur, small business owner, and corporate manager.

Daniel earned his Master of Science degree in Management, including a specialization in Nonprofit and Association Management from the University of Maryland.

He holds dual bachelor’s degrees and is a working towards his PhD in Management with Walden University. His research interests include trauma informed management of organizations, strategic growth in organizations, and program evaluation.

Daniel is a licensed builder, Registered Guardian, and member of The Institute of Management Accountants and Association of Fundraising Professionals.
