Providence Family Life Center has worked collaboratively with state, local and community agencies in Macomb, Oakland and Wayne counties since 2007. In 2016 We have relocated to Lee County, in Southwest Florida to assist individuals and families with self-development support groups, mentoring, job skills training, counseling, and more!
2017
Program Development begins for Women Veterans and their families.

PFLC Benefits Management Services, a licensed and bonded program is launched to provide Representative Payee Services to assist individuals with managing Social Security benefits and more.

Expansion begins in Florida and Africa.
BE A BOSS community project to inspire and mentor young women of color in junior & high schools is launched
WiHired Support for women students of color on university and college campus​es is launched

Celebrating You!! is launched and promotes self-development and empowerment through creative events for young ladies age 12 through 18 who are in foster care.
New Fund Development Officer joins the organization to develop a funding strategy to support the organizations mission.
2014
HOORAY!! is launched and provides free birthday parties to children living in homeless shelters.
New Advisory board is developed to help with program development oversight

The Journey support group for women begins at McREST(Macomb County Rotating Shetlter).
Parent to Parent Advocacy services offers support to the families of youth with special needs
Providence Family Life Center emerged in response to the culturally diverse and comprehensive needs of the family.
In collaboration with its parent organization, Providence Ministries, Providence Family Life Center has:
•served over 20,000 meals in the community
•served more than 6,000 individuals and their families
•facilitated over 2,500 hours of support groups, tutoring, and mentoring
•provided thousands of successful referrals for housing, healthcare and other needs.

Parent Resource Center opens to assist families with children and youth

Prism Homework Clubs provides tutoring afterschool
Men's Center offer's support to men returning to the community from incarceration
Arise Recovery Support group offers addictions counseling for men & women recovering from substance abuse, alcoholism and other harmful habits.
2010
Mom, Dad and Me Swin & Nutrition program begins at the YMCA for teen moms and dads
1st Soles4Souls event provides brand new back to school shoes and supplies for kids.
2009
Uturn Youth Mentoring program is launched, working with Law enforcement, schools, therapists to reduce truancy and behavioral issues.
Community Baby Shower event provides clothing and furniture for 80 low-income Teen mothers.
2008
Youth Mentoring program is lauched in Owen Jacks Commnity in Warren
1st Christmas 4 Kids Program provides gifts for 50 families in Tri-county area
2007
Parent organization, Providence Ministries, was born and launched its "City Outreach" in Mt. Clemens, MI, serving the tri-county area. The mission was to provide a "vital link" to information, resources and services to the most vulnerable in the community. Basic needs services provided included, clothing, food pantry with hot meals, and hygiene kits
