Cassandra Stready is a Naples, Florida native, whose passion for hospitality and community service has shaped a remarkable career spanning over 18 years. As a proud mother to her active 12-year-old son, Bryson, and a devoted pet owner to her grand pup, Rocky, Cassandra’s life is as vibrant as her professional journey. Cassandra enjoys traveling and family time is extremely important to her .

Raised in the sunny landscapes of Naples, Cassandra attended Collier County Public Schools, graduating from Naples High School. Her pursuit of excellence led her to Bethune Cookman University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management with a minor in Business Administration. Her commitment to leadership and service was further exemplified through her membership in Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated.

After completing her degree, Cassandra was recruited into the Management Training Program at Marriott International, where she excelled in various roles across the brand’s expansive portfolio. Her tenure saw her leading teams in renowned properties such as Courtyard, TownePlace Suites, Marriott, W Marriott, SpringHill Suites, and Ritz Carlton in Atlanta, Georgia. Her leadership roles included Housekeeping Manager, Operations Manager, Assistant General Manager, Finance Income Auditor, and Travel Task Force Training Manager.

Cassandra’s expertise and dedication earned her a promotion to Assistant Director of Finance at the Harbor Beach Marriott in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, where she managed a 650-room property with 8 outlets. Despite the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, Cassandra’s resilience led her back to Naples, where she took on the role of Operations Manager at her family’s long-standing business, Cleveland Bass Movers and Storage. Under her leadership, the company has seen consistent growth and success, solidifying its legacy in the community.

Beyond her professional achievements, Cassandra is an active member of Macedonia Missionary Baptist Church and a committed participant in Business Networking International (BNI), where she has served as Chapter Secretary and currently holds the position of Chapter Visitor Host.

Cassandra’s skills are as diverse as her career, with proficiency in accounts payable, accounts receivable, auditing & compliance, budget administration, staff training & development, sales, guest relations & service, front office management, contract negotiations, and inventory management. Her dedication to excellence, strong leadership, and ability to build lasting relationships have made her a respected figure in both the hospitality industry and her community.

Her accomplishments include being appointed to train Starwood Finance employees during the Marriott/Starwood integration, achieving a 98.6 score on the Ritz Carlton SRA audit in 2015, and being recognized as a Ritz Carlton Five Star Recipient for multiple quarters. Cassandra’s efforts in improving guest satisfaction have also been noteworthy, as she successfully elevated Guest Survey Satisfaction scores during her tenure.
